Ionut Mogosanu is the Managing Director of the company and a Master Trainer. Before his collaboration with Develor, Ionut had worked in the pharmaceutical field for 8 years and occupied various sales and management positions. His task is to train trainers, supervise complex training programs from a professional perspective and implement quality assurance programs. Among his specialties, he is certified in “Kirkpatrick methodology”, a business model for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Dan Carciumaru is a Senior Trainer and has been with us since the opening of the Romanian market. He is in charge of leading and coaching the trainers’ team on various projects and is a certified Kirkpatrick Partners consultant.

2011 has seen the birth of a new stage in the approach of people development.
