During my year-long 360-degree performance evaluation, one of my subordinates and one of my managing colleagues as well remarked that it would be worthwhile for me to develop my presentation skills. On the basis of this constructive feedback, I decided to participate in Develor’s two-day presentation techniques training. Now, two months after the training, I can say with confidence that I have participated in the best training of my life. During these two days, after a survey of the theoretical portion of the training (which contained real-life examples), we practiced the techniques which had been introduced. After the exercises, the participants at the training evaluated each others’ performance, focusing on giving constructive and honest feedback. I was most pleased with the fact that during the two days, not one word was mentioned about the use of PowerPoint software.
